The smallest complete workflow that lets a real user achieve the intended outcome. Reporting, additional integrations and secondary features can follow once that workflow is validated.
Can you improve an existing product?
Share the current product, the problem to solve and available documentation. An initial review helps establish whether to extend the existing system or change part of it.
Are hosting and support included?
Hosting, ongoing support, ownership and access arrangements need to be agreed in the proposal. They should not be assumed to be included in the initial build.
